are the bubbles of bud a sign of maturity or is that where this otherwise feminized plant would develop seeds?

Yes the pods are where seeds would be. Looks like some nice bud, but not gonna lie, you were applying too much nitrogen in flowering is why leaves are all clawed and curled. Nitrogen is least of nutrition needed in flowering. Plus can hinder bud development. Flowering npk ratio is 1-2-3. Good luck and enjoy 🌱

Hello carjos yes it is also a sign of maturity like brown pistil amber trichomes and milky trichomes. The seeds are developping in the small calyx where pistils are on. What i can see is you have a beautiful branch with mature bud so in my opinion you can harvest but to be sure use a magnifier or magnifier glass to look your trichomes if you have 50/50 amber and milky it is ok. Good luck buddy
