Search online for a Daily Light Integral chart and download a light meter app for your phone. With it you can correlate lighting intensity with time. It won't change the fact that Auto's in flower have a different light requirement then clones vegging but at least you can be more knowledgeable and decide how you want to compromise. I would go for 18-20 hours daylight and put the auto's on risers to give them higher intensity and leave the clones on the floor so they get long daylight at lower intensity.

here is the growth "pattern" for auto's weeks 1-3 vegation stage weeks 4-12 flower stage so if you are going to change light to flower it at beginning of week 4 - if you are using a full spectrum light then no worry - you can grwo them a 18/6 instead of a 24 or 20 light cycle --- remember every living thing needs some "sleep" "rest" as for your wattage Yes you can use a lowe light in veg ( you can tell by the leaves if too muvh light, MYself I don't change wattage and use a veg/flower - switch light (veg light .flower light) ( switch)

Not entirely understanding the question but either light should be usable in either room. I would seperate the autos from the clones as you will need to eventually when flipping the light schedule. Assuming you have photo period clones. Try to enclose the area where the light is whether it's tents or a tarp or anything to keep the light from getting away from the grow. Closing a room of will keep the light in especially if it's reflective material. Increases the light intensity dramatically!
