Should I switch to 12/12 lighting? - Autoflowers not showing pistils after 5 weeks

Growing five plants (germinated Sept 8) including 3 Anvil and 2 BlackStrap autoflower strains from Mandalorian Genetics. The BlackStraps have been showing pistils since about end of week 3. No Anvil plants are showing pistils. Should I switch the lighting schedule to 12/12?

So I would check the breeders recommend time it takes from seed to harvest for the autos and if it isn't in line I'd contact them and then switch the light schedule. Would hate for to wait all that time and some turn to be photos or even reg

Main stem snappedLST gone wrong. Main stem snapped after the last LST session, must have happened a while after adjusting the ties. Taped the damaged area. Will it recover? How long would it take?

Soil Bluetooth MeterI just got a soil meter for measuring soil temp, fertilizer, moisture & lux. I’m not Sure if it’s working right cuz I just watered the day before yesterday & added nutrients. Should auto's be planted into final pots or is a transplant or even two better for healthy root growth? Whatcha all think?Soo ive unsure on whether autos should be started in there final pots?
