First off get your ambient day temperature to 77 Fahrenheit with the very top of the canopy reaching 83-86, the leaf surface temperature required for optimal photosynthesis is 86 degrees Fahrenheit, using led's there will be little in the way of heat. 65 is far too cold for vegetation at night as chlorophyll degrades around 67? Unless you're purposely trying to bring out the purples in the strain night temp should stay around 70. Get a temperature probe right on the top of the canopy around 80-83 to be safe, Trichomes only degrade above 86 so be careful during flowering.
Beautiful symmetry in plant growth, the color of green shows vitality.
Depending on what space you want to fill with how many plants, there is no good or bad time to start, if you plan to fill a decent space you can start as soon as you classify the plant past seedling stage and into vegetative 3-5 internodes, every plant handles stress differently I find its best to get stuck in early and really challenge the plants in terms of what it can handle so you get a better feel for its limits before the high stressing of riskier techniques. I think of it as testing its character, some genetics are more deviant than others it turns out.
