Light distance from canopy

My 4x8 tent has two 2000watt led lights in it .. what’s a good distance to keep my lights above the canopy ?

Seedling: 45~60cm
Vegetative: 40~50cm
Flower: 20~40cm

5 hr power cut in flowerThis morning my lights come on as they should but then I had a power cut for 5 hrs after the light been on for 1 hr in the morning. I'm 2 weeks into flower on a 12/12 ... Will a 1000w LED be enough for flowering?Im about to start my 3rd ever grow, now I cant get enough of it. For my last 2 grows, in a 90x90x200 tent, I've has a MARS Hydro TS 1000w LED for Veg / 600w HPS for Flowering.... Can I use only the LED throughout? The heat from the HPS is crazy. Cant wait to start posting on here

Leafs curling downLeafs curlded down after I raised the light intensity to full 150w capacity light is 33in away from plant and water with mykos wp 1st time. Temps got a little high 82-84. So I dimmed the light to about 85% tents temps down to 79-80°f
