Light distance from canopy

My 4x8 tent has two 2000watt led lights in it .. what’s a good distance to keep my lights above the canopy ?

Which light So I’m a new grower and I have the mars ts600 for flower and veg but I’m looking at getting some more power when in flower. I dunno whether to get another of the same light which is 100w or go for the mars ts1000 with is 150w but with both ts600 I would be pulling 200w together

Just wondering if adding sunlight could improve it or makes no difference?Do you still need to give plants sunlight if they have a tent fan and ac plus led grow lights? I really need to know if after 53 days of 6hours of sunlight daily the plant might be used to the sunlight , although I know led grow lights are like a mini sun inside tent but still?

3000 watt power use This is my first time using such a powerful light in my opinion, 3000 watts seems overkill but that's what i want. The question IS, is it better to have 1-2 plants under the 3000 watt or worth it to manage 4 at a higher distance? Cheers. Don't keep techniques in mind.
