Light distance from canopy

My 4x8 tent has two 2000watt led lights in it .. what’s a good distance to keep my lights above the canopy ?

Seedling: 45~60cm
Vegetative: 40~50cm
Flower: 20~40cm

Tent too hot?I added two blurple lights - I'm not sure how much they're helping growth but they are definitely making the tent hotter - about 5 degrees F. I have a fan blowing at the bottom of the tent and at top over the lights but I'm worried that it might be too hot. Should I ditch them?

Starter kits!What can I expect from a 600w starter led, I know they're not meant to be great, but of 2 plants in 1.2 x 1.2 x 2m tent, fan kit, filter, etc. I know it won't great an there loads of other factors but say its a good grow, goes well what can you expect with these of good plant.Setup. T5 veg? For seedlingsIf anyone has any idea how long I can veg my seedlings inside of a closet with 2 t5 fluorescents.. let me know! The grow reached 32Celsius the last 2 days in the last hour before going into night time. On that time RH goes down to 32% and this seems like it's stressing this lady a bit.
Yesterday fed her nuts - maybe a bit too much?

1- how much light is needed at this stage?
Currently set at 355 Lux x100
2- should i set it to 18hrs / 6hrs or just 24/hr of light?

Vegetative Plants and UV?as my plants grow bigger I added the second light in the tent but that one doesnt have switches for UV, IR so when I plug it in all the bulbs are working. My concern is to hurt them with this because they are still in the vegetative phase. Is there anyone who knows about ths stufWeek 5
