Light distance from canopy

My 4x8 tent has two 2000watt led lights in it .. what’s a good distance to keep my lights above the canopy ?

Germination: 50~70cm
Seedling: 45~60cm
Vegetative: 40~50cm
Flower: 20~40cm

Will a 1000w LED be enough for flowering?Im about to start my 3rd ever grow, now I cant get enough of it. For my last 2 grows, in a 90x90x200 tent, I've has a MARS Hydro TS 1000w LED for Veg / 600w HPS for Flowering.... Can I use only the LED throughout? The heat from the HPS is crazy. Which strategy with auxiliary grow Leds ? 3x20w Leds -Thanks !Helps maturing but I wonder if buds are bigger. I used to put 3 extra lights 20 cm below canopy, leave many large leaves at the top and lollypop 30%. 30% is definitely not enough even with those 20w LEDS (50% is probably better). How do you use extra LEDS ? Where do you put them?
