Lamp distance from seedlings? PPFD uploaded in this weeks photos.

Hey, Mars ts600 at 32" sounds about right. Maybe drop that to 20 inch at half power to save electricity. If you are an android user, "Doggo lux meter" app has been proven effective. From the ts600, you would want to see about 10k lux for seedlings, 35k for veg, and up to 100k for flower. Hope this helps,

Hi! First couple weeks the plant wont need and can't even handle too much light and to save electricity, I suggest that you bring the lamp to maybe 30cm (~12") and dim it to 30-40%. When the girl has grown bigger you can start to use more power gradually and before flowering you should be at full 100% power. If you are incertain if the used power and height is good for the plant you can watch how she grows and determine from there. If she grows lots of height with long internodes (Stem between the nodes) that means, the plant is reaching for the light and it is not enough. If on the otherhand the plant wont grow much height between the nodes you might haver too strong light. Keeping the light too close can also produce too much heat so it is good to use fan between the palnt and the light

You’ll be looking for around 100-200 ppfd for seedlings so put it at 18 inches and on maybe 40% power
