Standby lights in grow tent, under dark period/night time

My humidifier has a weak blue standby light. Does this make it impossible for me to use during the plants dark period?

Tape it with electrical tape. If you are growing Autos it shouldn't be a problem, if you are growing photos then tape the motherfucker, any light leaks could stress the plant and turn her hermaphrodite.

Tape over the light if you're really concerned about it but this shouldn't bother any grow of any kind!

Just put some grey or dark tape over the light and you will be fine :) happy growing!

Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED
