anything with lm301b/h diodes, some 660reds mixed in as low as 4% of total diodes and you are good. the spider farmer and hlg are awesome options. get a fan blowing on them to reduce to 25C or less to realize advertised efficacy. It may cost a bit more upfront, but will be cheaper over the lifetime and last longer than the ~$100 options that seem okay, but not so much when you get your electric bill.

With only 36" in height, the greater efficacy will be hugely beneficial to you. Low profile quantum boards or the SF rigs can maximize height and still have sufficient airflow above light. Definitely get some fans blowing up there. won't reach "2.7umol/J" if it isn't 25C.
