Hard to tell, but yes, possibly.
Have a look in week 7 of my diary "cannabis conundrums" for pictures of male flowers, these may help you identify what is going on with your plant.

Does look like a nanner. You can remove it and keep an eye on her. But if it keeps persisting then you want to consider trashing it.
But if it’s just one or two remove them. I’ve heard of people removing like 20-30 of them off of one plant and it turned out for them. So don’t jump the gun too quickly is my suggestion.
