Not really? You can be as aggressive as you want with LST as long as you arent damaging anything. If your gardening wire is cutting into the stems let them heal with their current ties loosened before you make new ones.
Some tips: Only ever low stress train to things that are apart of the plant. IE: the bucket or the plantar. If you make a tie to something concrete you wont remember to undo it before moving the plant.
Dont remove the ties unless you retie it in another fashion.
