@Cpt_Gregorovich Hello mate contrary to popular opinion Air flow around the eventual buds is way more important than light penetration So I would remove a heap of the larger fan leaves thus allowing more air to get in and around the buds as they grow.
Do it now so as not to stress or set your ladies back too much Hope I helped answer this question and Happy growing 👍

Dam brother nice looking plants beautiful anyways ,I would only take off what is essentially taking light from a big hug that could use said light .so fan leaves that cover to much or even try tucking leaves a bit too... That being said they are nice good luck .. cheers from Canada..

LSD Auto - Defoliation in veg?I'm defoliating progressively the plant, this means that I remove a fan leave or two after LST. 4 in total until now, to increase the light exposure in the buds. Most of what I've found is controverse, a kinda 50/50 fight between the 'do' and 'don't do' it. Opinions? Thanks 😎
