I am first time grower I have 4x4 tent 80 inc h tall ,4 plants 2 grandaddy black very small compared to others northern lights and fruit salad which I have no growing info on when should I which nodes and should I top twice if so when I'm in day 23 nodes 6 and seven are newest?

I generally use 2nd and 3rd nodes when I top. Removing 4th and cutting 1st off. Then I stretch those 4 arms outwards with lst. Then let a bush grow upward as I switch to flowering. 🌱

Do i need to leave little stub of main stem when topping?I topped at just above the 4th node counting from very bottom. There is very little or no main stem sticking up above the topmost node. Is this okay or do I NEED to leave a little stub of main stem? (Refer to picture Week 3 Day 18 - 11/09)
