Stonerdanswered grow question 4 years ago Hey Mickey! if you're new to training your plant then I'd suggest going with topping and tying (LST) to increase yields and to experience it!
from the looks of it your plants is ready to be topped! in the first photo at the top of the plant you can see the main apical (growing upwards) growth shoot with two side shoots at the internode, to top your plant you'll need to cut off that top growth shoot while leaving the two side shoots attached, this will change the hormonal distribution in your plant and will cause the two shoots to grow out and become main colas/tops.
After topping your plant wait until the new growth shoots grow to about 5cm/2inches long then tie them down to spread out and create lateral growth! this will expose more internodes to light and will induce more growth!
*Btw if you want a good example of both LST(Low Stress Training) and HST (High Stress Training) methods then check out my diaries that show quite a few of them!
Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing :)
