Lst can be done at any stage of veg you want but I think good way is to wait that the plant is bug enough that when you bend it yo the side you can tie it to the side of the pot. If you do lst then topping is not necessary. If you want to top and then lst too I would wait until 5-6 nodes have grown so shes big and healthy enough.

Such a healthy looking plant.
You can definitely start doing training, some people will start lst when it's still a seedling. you've got several sets of leaves already and a clearly healthy plant so topping now should go perfectly.

Is it worth lst autos outdoor/greenhouse?I have seen loads of lst pics and videos on auto grown indoor but can it be done when growing outside as its will already be under stress from the variable factors growing outside/greenhouse. Worse one being pests!
