What @Tubington9 says is true, and those claws are due to nitrogen toxicity. In your diary, I saw that you are watering with 2ml of biogrow; I think you should stop using it for a couple of waterings and wait for it to recover.

This specific plant shows a high amount of auxin growing hormone and will not be the easiest to bring all flat and even. Chopping down of a node could be a solution, you would still have 6 main branches witch is nice =) However, why do you bend down the lower branches as well? If your goal is to have an even canopy, letting the base growing up to catch the top would be the best =) Plants naturally grows from the top to get taller and that is where it send it's energy. If you bend all branches to horizontal, the plant have no signal to send it's energy to the lower shoots. If you bend the top or top branches, other lower branches gets more energy and hormones to promote more growth.. Hope this make sense as english is my 2nd language.

It seems to me you have a nitrogen toxicity. Lower the dose of Nitrogen and I wouldn't top her right now. Maybe just do some LST on the main stem bending it at 100/90 degrees so the side branches catch up with the main branch.

You got bigger things to worry about then topping. Get whatever is causing that clawing straightened out before adding more stress to that plant.
