What water are you getting for it to start at 524 PPM?? That’s really high for tap water if it is. It’s definitely something wouldn’t want to give to my plants not knowing what that 524 PPMs is. If you can have your water tested and see what’s in it then you’d have a better idea of what elements you’d need to add into it. I agree with you. You’d definitely want to know what is in it at 524 PPM. It’s funny I recently did a question about base PPMs in tap water and I believe 180 was the highest count.

I thought it would be OK to mix a 5gal drip emitter pump reservoir for bloom nutes. Well cant let that reservoir sit because the two part bloom nutrient (Sensi Bloom) starts falling out of solution to the bottom of the 5gal jub. THe input from the drip pump off amazon is weighted down on the intake tube so the tube goes all the way to the bottom. DO I need to subtract the 524 from my equation when I measue? Example I use the bad water today I mix up my bloom to 1700 ppm. High I know well not really for mid to late bloom but do I substract my 524 becasue that should give me what I added to the mix.

That’s pretty hard water man, I usually grow in coco coir an soil an when I feed nutrients I’ll start with RO or rain water and mix it up to about 550 ppm any more will usually burn the plants.
