Reverse osmosis water is the best in my opinion but the machine cost a few hundred bucks so i suggest waiting to see if you plan on continuing to grow. You will also need to add calmag to RO water. I personally would recommend checking your tap water online and with a tds meter ( there like 10$) if it’s fairly safe then just use tap but let it sit out for a day to kill off the chlorine( you can speed up the process by aerating or boiling the water) i like to use distilled water for my feedings however because it’s completely clear so i can tweak it exacty how i want it to the proper ppm. And lastly if your tap is not safe use rainwater. You will also need a ph meter and keep the ph between 5.8 - 6.4 As far as when to water there’s no real schedule just pay attention to the soil if the topsoil is completely dry its time to water. This could be daily or every 3 days just depends on your climate and how thirsty your girls are. Once it’s dry give them a good drench and wait untill they dry again. You don’t want to give them small amounts of water daily keeping them wet at all times

En las primeras semanas manten el sustratro humedo no encharcado. Uso un pulverizador,y el agua con un ph de 6. No alimentes!!!

It looks like you are growing in soil. You will want to keep the pH slightly acidic, measured with your nutrients mixed in. I would hold off on nutrients for a bit as a beginner. They are very fragile little beings at this age, and the first week or two is critical to their success. Adjust next feeding according to the EC of the runoff of the prior feeding. I hope this helps!
