Is my autoflower revegging?

Is my autoflower revegging? There's several new buds forming on the lower branches with healthy, green looking leaves.
The rest of the plant looks to be finishing but the trichomes aren't maturing.

You’re good. Reveg leaves are typically dark green, round and sometimes have a crinkled look!

To harvest or not to harvestAny opinions on whether I should harvest based on the pics I posted. A lot of people will say, NOT YET, wait until all the hairs are orange, then you read on some sites that say 100% orange is too late. I prefer the 'up' high vs couch lock. When should I harvest, mostly cloudy, some / no amber?
CBG is said to be the mother cannabinoid, if it degrades, "amber trichomes" will it still be CBG? or will it turn into THC/CBD/CBN/CBC or any of the other many cannabinoids?
