white dots on the leaves ( no spider mites) what is it?

there are dots on the leaves. i checked under the leaf, but there is no sign of spider mites. can anybody tell me what is it? (

Looks like some trace amounts of White Powdery Mildew. Diluted hydrogen peroxide can help wipe off

Looks like water was on leaves and they are light bleach spots. Unless it is powdery then it is a different story. Milk is suppose to kill the fungus if it is powdery.

WHAT IS THIS DISCOLOURATION? Critical Kush non auto from RQS, 10 weeks old, outdoor.There is some discolouration on the leaves. I have removed the worst off 7 leaves and applied a pesticide for spider mites, aphids, scale insects today. Should I remove all the rest infected leaves as well to be safe? She looks healthy yet this leaf.....Does any see this before?
