Nutrient deficiency?

I noticed a whitish yellow spot on one fan leaf and a yellow tip on another at the beginning of this week. I have not fed any nutes yet just RO water, is this an early sign of nutrient deficiency?

The leaves are large and big but sooo thin! Burntips and little holes.Does anyone know what could it be? Got a tipburn in one leaf and 2 others with extremely little holes, but didn't see any bugs or look-a-likes in my grow. Is it normal to the leaves be so thin? It's my first indoor don't know if indoor plants used to be like this.

What should I do next?Was reading 1870ppm at 5.6 so i flushed 20L water threw till I got 6.3ph and 950ppm and let dry. Feed the other day 4L at 50% nutrients strength 840ppm and is seems it's gotten dramatically worse since then. Before it was very slowly getting worse. Worse at the top now too.

Can I combine treatments into one?My question is pretty simple. I wanted to give my plants a light foliar treatment and also wanted to include some neem oil. Is it OK to mix the two together or should I do it separately? I'm sure it's likely fine to mix them, but didn't want to take a chance. Thanks for helping!

Leaves on one side are dying but don't feel crunchy.Due to slight nutrient burn problems I've given this plant less nutrients than usual. But last week the leaves on one side of the plant were hanging and dying off. They don'y feel crunchy and don't break off when you touch them. But they're thin.
