Hello, My question has to do with a little mushroom I found growing in my soil under my plant. Is it a good sign or a bad sign?

It won't do to much harm, usually a sign of overwatering. Some spores probably landed in the soil and your conditions have made it thrive.

Mushrooms are an indication that your yard has a lot of organic material in the soil. Mushrooms help break down that organic material, and make your soil more productive.

Ph of the soilPh of the soil, I checked with this 2 ph meter but I dont know the credibility, if that work.. I see that is around 8.0 but I use water at 6.0ph and soil light mix biobizz, bio grow ,calmag , bio heaven. Are biology shouldn't change the ph.. how is possible? Advise?5y ago

Mixing soils???I’m about to plant some autos and I’m short a bit of soil I was planning on using. I have some Kryptonight aprox 3gallon and a mix of fox farm happy frog/ocean Forrest.
I was thinking of mixing the 3 and spreading it between 3 3gallon pots. Anyone see any problems??Setup. Substrates

Soil QuestionHey everyone,
I was thinking about doing a 50/50 Fox Farm-Happy Frog and Fox Farm-Ocean Forest as a soil base. Would this mix be to hot? Also I will be using 3 of there nutrients (separately) throught stages of growth. Id love your opinions and experiences on this.

Clay pebbles at the bottomI'm thinking using this like maybe an half inch in 4 gallon fabric pot - for better airflow for roots & to prevent overwatering. They absorb the excess well and give off slowly.
Been doing this with my normal plants at home and it works well for them. Anyone with experience?Setup. Substrates

How many and how large plants in a 4x2 tent for a quick veg/flowering?How many plants could I have in a 4x2 tent? I would like to reduce veg and flowering time, so would that mean I should go for more plants? I've got 3x 11 liter / 3 gallon Gronest fabric pots and can get more pots. Rock wool cubesHi everyone this is my first grow and I’m not the most clued up lol. Any advice appreciated.

Soil recommendation? Typically use Fox Farms Happy Frog but price keeps going up and quality seems much lower, lots of sticks, not mixed well etcIs there any soil recommendations anyone can make that are good but a less pricey? Dont get me wrong, I love Fox Farm’s, and 38/bag isnt terrible. I’m just curious if anyone has found a more mainstream soil that’s as good of soil. soil not accepting waterSo last Sunday I watered in a little less than a gallon for each, in 7-gallon pots. the bottom is soaking wet, but about 1/2 inch down the soil seems bone dry. Medium is FF ocean forest and SOHUM Super soil at the bottom. the plants are showing over/underwatered. What do i do??5y ago
