Normal or problem

This is my first grow (green crack auto) and not sure if this is normal or if there is a problem. Plant is 3 weeks since sprout and is 4 inches tall but the cluster in the top is my concern. Is that normal?

newbie4sure answered grow question 1 hour ago Ok sativaman right after planting seed i noticed a cpl small white bugs (mites) in the soil so treated with soapy water and seem to solve that issue after one treatment. (havnt seen anymore) then at 2 weeks i saw what i thought to be a baby thrip on leaves so treated with insecticidal soap and thats when i saw the fan leaves wilt but also think AsNoriu was correct with the over watering so did not water for about 7 days. Since this post 6 days ago I have been watering with 2o oz water every 24 hrs and feeding every 3rd day with fox farm grow big ppm of about 730 and ph on all is about 575-6 I have cut off the bad fan leaves and done some LST and had the light at 18 in above canopy but just raised it to 36 in trying to get it to grow taller since its still only about 7-8 in tall. I also put the light on the side which is a 100w led daytime light to help there. She seems to be doing much better just needs to grow upward. (tried to add new photo but dont know how) she is looking much better now

Sorry to be the one bringing bad news: no not normal. Get your data together and share it so we know what is going on! Most likely bad genetic or mites.

This looks like just mutation or some other issues early on.. bummer. It might grow out of it, but given that it’s an auto - It’s gonna effect the outcome cuz you can’t stop flowering to correct things. I’m an advocate of photoperiods for beginners for reasons such as this. Let her go tho and see what happens

For its age the size is good. Funky growth for sure. She may grow out of it. Can really only wait and see what she does. Good luck 🤙

To me it looks like ex overwatered plant, I think you sort it, new grow is a bit erratic still, but all looks healthy green, those couple wrinkled fan leaves won't make huge difference at the end, just follow right watering regime and good PH. All the best !
