When to stop training

When to start LST on an auto Hi all. First auto grow here. I want to try LST to maximise the yield if I can. When is the best time to start the training?

If she hold how you want then remove. If she needs it still leave on. It doesn’t necessarily have to end or continue. It’s more what you want. Good luck. Your plant is looking good 🤙

i usually give her a shape before the strech then i try to maintain it during flowering stage.

SNAPPED MAIN STEM HALF WAY DURING WEEK 5 (still in Veg)During LST I snapped the main stem of one of my Pineapple Express Autos. It very easily snapped almost completely off but it still has a few fibres left. I panicked &used duct tape and some sticks to keep it supported. Has anyone done this before? Is it successful?
