First time grower here and this may be hard to tell from the picture but I need some advice. Any idea why my leaves are curling like this? Plant popped out about 5 days ago. Coco coir soil. Am I over watering? Over watering? Or light stress?

It is just fine, some seedlings start off a bit weird but then grow normally.
Give it another 4-5 days and I am sure you will wonder why you were ever worried.
It is nothing that you have done to cause this, she is just a bit "odd" and still trying to work out what life is all about.

It's a little hard to see from the picture but it looks like it's not off to a bad start. Just make sure you feed it plain ph'd water for the first week or so before you start up with the nutrients. What kind of soil do you have the seedling in? Could be the soils' ph being a little off or the soil itself might have a lot of nutrients in it to start out with. Either way the plants are resilient it will be fine 👍

My leaves head upwards, is it a bad sign? [Autoflowering]First time I get this far, I sometimes noticed after I water the leaves start to head upwards, or even without reason during the day.... then go down again.
What is the reason for this you think? Is my light too far? or not enough something? I only watered twice in 10 days.

Leaves curling on sidesOkay so the leaves are acting weird and kinda curling in on the sides. Like it's heat issue. I think maybe to strong LEDs. Idk.
It's only 79°f
Light (ESv300) is on lowest setting @32in away.
Fed GH flora trio. Only 237ppm.
The leaves are also yellowing between veins.

Spinnnn and CoastGrower, SOS...! Help...please... Leaves curl up0.2 ml of Blackjack was taken once during the growing season.
10 days ago Blackjack with phosphorus, 0.2 ml for flowering.
The plant is sometimes in a box, sometimes by the window in the sun.
