Too hot. Light is probably producing a hot spot. Or you have a disease. Would need good pictures of colas forming to tell better. I just went through hplvd or dudding disease. So .6ml/l grow to 1.8 bloom.. these are just examples. Also look at what you are using. They also might have N in them. At this stage you should be pulling back. Also the water shortage might account..as 34% is dry environment. In pre flower an RH at around 50 is pref. You really get much better growth. Your leafs are showing an issue. So all you gotta do is change something up. And if it doesn't get worse then your golden. Cross ref with what ppl but up here. Good ventilation will also help. Leaves will canoe when the plant is stressed from heat. They can also canoe from root problems from over/under watering.
