Depends man. If you’re running autos or what, look into DLI or daily light integral.
I recommend downloading this app called Photone to everyone. It’s a free download and purchase for a light meter that gives you a PPFD read out in umols. This has been tested from third parties against the gold standard apogee meter. It’s within 10% across 0-1000 PPFD
Use that, it’s extremely helpful to see where your light drops out and any gaps in light intensity.
You can push up towards 1000 PPFD in flower for photos, but I’d recommend autos being around 650-800 maybe, because it’s a longer light cycle it doesn’t need to be as intense
