Are there any ways to store seeds long term? I would like to stop growing for a while but want to keep my seeds viable if possible.

Long term storage is easy. Keep them in something airtight with some of those humidity absorbing beads to keep them nice and dry. Then stick them im your fridge. Ive had seeds in my fridge for more than 2 years and just popped some a couple months ago without any issue.

Yes I have kept them in a dry dark seal tight location and it has last me for 2 years and they have sprouted with no problem beyond that I have not tried so I don't know. If they were last beyond that point. Hopefully this help you out have a happy grow.
