The small round leaves (cotyledons) are the embryonic "seed leaves" that fold back and open up to allow the first "true" leaves to emerge from the growing tip (meristem) of the plant. The cotyledons are not really leaves, but "protective coverings" for the emerging plants meristem. The first "true" leaves are the serrated leaves. So, there is nothing wrong with your plant, it is doing exactly what it is supposed to and it is not wilting/drooping or has any other problems. Make sure to give your seedling enough water to moisten the substrate from top to bottom, roots will not grow in dry substrate. Hope this helps,....
