What’s wrong with my friends plant ? It’s super droopy. He thinks it could be over watering but even when he waters correctly, they don’t bounce back. Help !

Lot of good advice in here. Y0ink makes a good point too, Pick it up and set it down: Light as a feather, water come hither; Heavy as lead, plant to be dead. real originality right here, a poet even lol

I had an after thought, check the humidity it the space as well. If the humidity is on the higher end the soil may not be drying out in between feeds contributing to the drooping issue. Just a thought

Little tip,if you pick up the pot,you can feel if the plant needs water, because is gonna be super light. when you water, stop when you see the water coming out from the bottom.when you finish, pick up the pot again and you are going to feel the difference. well, after some practice, you'll never overwater again ;) Hope i helped you,Good luck 🍀🍀

I’m thinking along the same line as M0use. Many people believe overwatering is the amount you give the plant, when in fact the issue for most is too frequent of watering. These ladies love the process of drying out almost as much as the feed itself. I personally water every third day to 20% run off, extract excess water in trey after a couple outs allowing the soil to soak up anything it desires, then I let it be for two days repeat on day three. Naturally I watch the soil as late flower at times i my will be every other day. I hope she perks back up for you! Good luck and happy growing!

Are they waiting long enough between water before watering again? Coir holds onto to a lot of water and if your watering till run off it can be a bit much for a smaller plant. Helps if the water is oxygenated, using air stones will require you to use more PH down if your water is hard and from the tap. RO should not be affected to much. When the leaves droop but the stems are solid, over water. When the leaves droop but the stems are soft, under water. Hope this helps.
