m0useanswered grow question 3 years ago From my understanding and experience its best not to transplant autos.
I did this in my current auto grow and they started flowering way earlier then expected.
I also did it in an outdoor auto grow and they did not seem to mind it to much and got a good amount of bud off of them.
Its the uncertainty of what they will do or if they will feel shock and affect your grow.
Granted if you need to do anything like this, it is better to do it now vs later.
Its also a good idea to use every tool your have to avoid any root shock like microbial additives/inoculants.
