Is my plant re-vegging?

Its my first time in this rodeo and i dont really know if its re-vegging or just growing, may be stressed by the heat idk, its being really hot these days around here

Can't see your pics properly. Are all the stems yellow?. I would say heat,light and feed stress.

At your current temperature, your relative humidity (RH) is too low. It should be between 60% and 65%. Alternatively, you could lower the temperature in your grow box. Your plant is not in re-vegetation.

I think it's heat, genetics or both. Pretty sure those single blade leaves were suppose to be sugar leaves.

It doesn’t look like it is re-vegging, rather foxtailing. This could be caused by numerous things. Heat, too close to the light source, genetics, over matured, or a combination of these. I don’t see a diary so it hard to pinpoint.
