Tight nodes good or bad?

MTMT2021

I have a pink lemonade 2 weeks 5 days old. It has great color and growth. Just wondering why my nodes are so tight ? Is this a good thing? I have read mixed feelings both ways. Thank you for any feedback.

I like to keep my nodes pretty tight. You will get a lot of stretch when they hit flower so keeping them short now will help you have a more manageable plant when it hits flower. If you feel it's too tight then raise your light about 6 inches and see what it does for a few days then make more adjustments as needed.

If you light is more blue/purple it was cause tighter growth between the nodes and a more red light will cause more length between the nodes. it gets confusing when light intensity also is the cause for more or less length between the nodes depending how close/far away it is. If you using LED's raise em up a bit. 5-10" Happy Growing!

Just raise your lights some if you want more space between your nodes
