Leave then turned on all our most of the time. Try to keep temps between 24-28c and humidity levels need to be quite high at first 75%ish and reduce to 60% when flowering begins. Make sure you careful of light distance, this space is enough to grow a nice plant in a 5 gallon or 4 much smaller plants. The cost of electricity for that set up will not be as much as you'd think., 🌱👍😁

I use a vent fan (AC Infinity Cloudline) that has an automatic controller for temperature and humidity. The fan turns on and off as needed to keep the tent within the temperature and humidity range I choose. If you do not have a controller for your fan I would use a timer so it runs whenever the lights are on. Then adjust the fan speed until it maintains the tent parameters you want. Keep in mind that putting devices like a heater, humidifier or dehumidifier in your tent is very difficult since the fan will be fighting them. The vent fan can remove air faster than those devices can heat or humidify so it is easy to over vent and your tent and blow your freshly humidified or heated air out of the tent. This is where an automatic controller really helps since it only runs the fan when needed. Don't get overwhelmed. Growing is actually pretty easy and your first grow is the toughest as you have to learn everything. Future grows will be easier and almost guaranteed to produce more as you learn.

a lot of units here use CFM. cubic feet per minute as fans measurements. 280 m3/h is 168CFM, Your tents converted is 2.95' x 2.95' x 5.9' feet = 51.34feet2 Your hood fan can remove the air in that tent. 3.27 times over in one minute on max setting. That's not bad at all. your goal is at least once per min. 327% on that target, If you get a carbon filter for this tent, make sure it is rated at least 50-100 CFM's more then your fans max. This will help creat less air frictions and congestion. Any filter will lower your tents efficiency so lowering its resistance is key. Get a automated sensor to turn the fan on or off to remove humidity or put a dimmer switch on it and keep it on low always moving air out. Other option is a timer on off for 15 min. Good Luck
