there are larger controllers that can have sensors to turn things off/on. just incorporating a switch controlled by the sensors into a power strip type idea... but you could also just get an electric heater with a thermostat too.
your fan will take care of humidity, your heater will take care of temp. based covered in same way. i'd wager the price bump for a heater with thermostate is less than cost of a controller + a new heater.
