Do you start week 1 as soon as your seedling has bust through the soil? Or just a week after you germinate?

Help understanding PHI have big problems understanding my PH levels. I put in @5.5-5.8 PH (lowered with acetic acid) and the run-off is always too high, about 7-7.5 PH. I started testing my water / nutrients by intervals and nothing makes sense to me. Every test shows an increase in PH, up to 2.7 up?First time coco grow

Slow down vertical growth, preflower?I snapped the main last week doing LST. She recovered nicely, but growing mostly vertical and lower branches are stretching, while leaves seem to take their time... There is not that much space left in my grow box.
