Do you start week 1 as soon as your seedling has bust through the soil? Or just a week after you germinate?

I like to start my diary as soon as i know the plant has successfully germinated ie has two leaves

Autoflower Permanent Stretch, Growing too close to light and it's overcrowding a flowering tent.Day 70 and I have a plant that has preflower stretched for almost 4 weeks now. No bud sites or pistils really and is massive. 4 auto seeds, same strain. All crazy different, all very different needs. Pull it, keep it, defoliate hand sized leaves, 12/12?
