Do you start week 1 as soon as your seedling has bust through the soil? Or just a week after you germinate?

Can I put my drying buds in to jars for a day while I have to put my tent down for a day?Looks like I have to take down my grow tent and drying tent for a day. I've just cropped and will have buds drying in a tent. Any benefit to going from 11L to 15L pots?Was thinking to fill 19L fabric pots to about 3/4 (roughly 15L)
Last grow were in 11L solids. the wider pot brings the plant close to the floor as height is limited in grow room.
Question: considering these are AUTOS.. is there any point in using larger pots?Week 1
