Cobs on or off 2nd week. 1st grow

Cob lights. I can only run one light with cob on without the room getting to hot. Am I better with 1 light with cob or 2 without cob on. Philizon 3000w cobs. 20 11 day old plants. Hanging 24" atm.
Mainly blue red without cob on.

I would run the cob and get an extraction fan to pull out the heat at the top and fresh air in at the bottom. An inkbird temperature controler really helps here.

Gm slave I'm running 5" fans on in and out already. It keeps it at 31 degree with both cobs on. 29 with 1 cob on. Should I upgrade the in and out to 6"? Loafs of cold air coming in from outside put the cobs are so warm.

Beginner Grow – Still Getting Leggy Seedlings? please don't judge. the other plants are for using the electricity more efficient. planning to move oBeginner grower in Germany. Strains: Outdoor Classics. 1st batch (1mo old beginning oudoors then moved inside with lamp) + 2nd batch (2w) stretched. Using Sunlight Stixx 50 at 60% dim, 50cm distance, seedling soil.
