Need LED light recommendation

You can get a 240w quantum board on Alibaba for about $140 shipped. As bloombusters said $100 isn't enough to get a good quality light. I would save up and get the QB. Good luck!

Effective illuminance ranges, starting from planting the plant: Day 1 (250-500lux) Day 2 (500-1000lux) Day 3 (1000-2000lux) After five pairs of leaves, full vegetation (2000-20000lux) Flowering (20000-90000lux). Too small a budget for a quality LED! This is just a weak LED lamp at 20-30W with a warmth of 3000k + a housing with a shiny reflector aimed at the plants! This is the cheapest you can come up with for $100. You won't buy a good light for flowering for $100! Anyway! 👆
