Awesome set up man those are huge. I’d consider maybe mixing up outside the buckets first.. letting sit for 24 hrs before putting in the bucket. Those are massive plants for what looks like 5 gallon buckets, they’re in their prime time for sucking down water.. id be willing to be part of the drop in pH was simply from them suckin in water but not nutrients. When this happens the pH usually goes down. CO2 being brought thru the air pump into the stones can also cause pH swings.. Hope this helps! Those are huge plants, good work

Ph fluctuations is usually caused by not having your system properly dialed in. If your running at 650 and the ph is rising the plants are telling you their a little high on their ppm so try cutting it back by 50 ppm and see how the ph reacts. Make sure to let your water sit, so that it is not just the natural rising of the ph. I pour my water, the ph is 6.3, after 24 hours it has settled out at 7 ph. That's when I add my nutrients and then ph down the water. There is no ph drift after this.

@GingerSkunk its as ezzjay says they are drinking a lot and as the solution level drops the ratio of nutrients / water can change too effecting the PH to counter big swings keep another bucket full of pre mixed and PH'd solution to add to the bucket as the level drops you can always keep it 2/3rds full at least that way
