I would give few more days, have few doubts isn't a girlyboy ;)))
Don't rush, I had Northern Light recently she formed only one male sack.
Give her few days and return again or compare to any internet photo, will be a lot more obvious ...
Girls have those single calaxies attached, boys grow them in gangs and hang on small rope.

Its starting to show early signs of sex and its looking like it could be a male.
Best to give it a few more days to confirm this is the case as maybe that little bump will turn into a calyx vs a pollen sack.
Should it be pollen and your plants are feminized, then you have a hermi and need to destroy the plant.
Make note of the stain and report it to ILGM, I'm not a fan of their products, this is a common problem with some of their stuff.
Remember wait a few more days before killing it, want to confirm its a male or female.

Humidity while drying Safe?currently on vacation for another 48 hours. My dry room has no climate control, but it is very stable.
As you can see in the charts, my temperature has risen from 15.8°+rh56.6 to 16.1c rh61.2 in 72h

trichomes are all milky cloudy, but no sign of amber trichomes, flowers are too heavy and stems can't support the weight
