So one of my plants decided she wasn't big enough grew as tall as the light, I tried bending her and she snapped, now the other branch of the same tree has over taken the light, how would you suggest I bring them down without breaking it again ? P.S No room to bring light up

Roll that and pinch it before bending. I feel out how dense the branch is. Then pinch and roll a bit, let it sit for a minute and do it again if it’s not moving much.. slowly the tissue will soften up enough to bend over..

Best to bend when they need a little water. more flexible. also SuperCroping is a good idea. The closer it gets to the light the large the shadow it will cast. Good Luck!

@nocluehowto takes a bit of practice to get the feel for bending the branches mate after a while you will get used to the feeling here is some info you can read up on all about the technique PS if you break a branch don't panic just tape it up they are very resilient 💪 https://www.maximumyield.com/definition/4886/high-stress-training-hst#:~:text=High%2Dstress%20training%20is%20done,flagging%20material%20can%20be%20used.

You can SuperCrop her Does magic Find a spot, work 5-7 cm area to soften the tissue and bend her in the middle of work area, give her suupirt from falling down, but prepare to tie her down too, in couple days you will need it ;) Do it before watering and all be good. My last auto had to be SuperCroped in 8 places, ended up beeing my biggest plant indoors. 240 g in soil auto ;) You can apply wisely this technique till 5-6 week of flower, I was doing it even later.
