No, there is nothing apart from light cycle manipulation that can trigger earlier flowering in photoperiod plants.
Photoperiod plants will only flower if there is a decrease in day length.
Nothing, I repeat, nothing else will do anything at all.

You can boost a little the times by adding a light dose of PK , also with foliar feeding.
Other ways you will shock too much and loose the harvest
