Seedlings dying without dome but recover back with dome...My seedlings keep looking like they're dying by leaning over when not covered by a dome... But when I put the dome back on they recover and stand straight back up but when dome off they look like they're dying again.. I'm lost please help!

No growth in the last 7 days or so. Other growers experience more growth with the same plant.My plant isn't growing any more. It's looking the same for the last week or so.
The soil is fermented and should be good for 3 months and I mixed that with perlite.
I water the plant every two days with 0.5 - 0.75 L of water, because I don't want to overwater her

Will a rooted clone with adequate foliage, but pruned terminal and auxiliary shoots ever grow?I took a cutting in late flower and removed all flowering growth, and as a result seemingly pruned all terminal and auxiliary shoots. it has enough vegetation, and has rooted. So I finally got some relatively decent PH meter and it turns out I screwed up.For pretty much the whole time I've been adjusting solution PH 7 even higher to about 8 (thanks PH strips) Today I watered with PH 6 solution, but the weird thing - the runoff was 5,8. There's symptoms of deficiency(?) on some of the leaves. What should I do?

Post-mortem :( was a PH problem?3 weeks of not growing -> Autopsy: Stem is violet, roots I believe they look healthy (no rotting, maybe im wrong?), and leaves are droopy and lime green. Was a PH issue maybe? (I'll plant new seeds and get a PH meter for this next grow, i shouldn't have saved money on that)

Too wet and compact substrate maybe?I have the feeling that my substrate all mix Biobizz is always wet (there is a 2-3 cm layer of perlite on the bottom too). 24h before planting, I watered it abundantly as recommended.
