Some strains just do this due to their genetics and I personally have never considered red stems a problem, in fact I believe it is a desireable sign of good pot.
Pollination has absolutely no connection with stem colour by the way.
It also has nothing to do with "lollipopping" but in extreme cases, it can be a sign of too much phosphorous (I think, or potassium?), but this doesn't really affect the plant greatly. Either way, it is either something natural or something that is not overly detrimental to your plant.
It is also more common in plants with a high percentage of Sativa genes, which any Haze type of plant will have.
