Any way to save my clones, and have healthy clones from these? I took these about 7 weeks ago and life got ahead of me. The plants these are from are greatI took these clones 7 weeks ago and never got around to transplanting them. As you can see, they are rootbound, stretched, and stunted. My question now is, is there any way I can make these clones usable? If not, it's a lesson for next time, but I want to use these clones.

Grow help and adviceHey guys little help.
Need an opinion on how my plants are looking. I’ve successfully LST the one but left the other. Both are topped under 18/6 light. Watering .75 L with bio buzz grow and add bloom and top max every other watering.
Also does this look like flowering ?

Should I lift my lights?I've been slowly lowering them as the plant grows, now I'm starting to get nodes but they're pretty close together (see grow question image)
Wondering if I should lift the lights to encourage stretching or leave them alone

FC-E 3000 50% 24” lamp to plant, 2 weeks old, fastbuds and ganja farmer seedsSince upgrading to my FC-E 3000 I’ve noticed that my plants seem to be more stumpy/compact. You are a SATIVA North Shore Maui! You grow tall like the sky! Strong like mountain! You are not descended from short plant!Currently overthinking this plant's development. Pep talk not working. It is a sativa but the shortest plant in my garden. Maybe just needs a trim? The yellow is a concern too. I haven't dealt with a plant this bushy before so not sure if it needs help or not.
