Absolutely not. There’s not much you could argue is “absolutely necessary “ in growing.
I don’t do anything more than a 12 hour dark period before chopping, and I try to have drier medium but not that important dude.

PURPLE HULK deficiency's or just a strain look? See below to notice the abnormal look of first few leaves growth. The smaller two are different strainThis is Purple hulk auto Fem # 2. Too many veggies (question re: length of veg time)?I’ve had this Amherst Sour Diesel vegging for months. Is there such a thing as vegging for too long?
Also, Miss Mia Wallace (as ive makes her) has had her share of issues from soils to nute issues and thrips. All seem to be under control.
