is 24 -48 hours of darkness and a dry medium absolutly neccesary before harvest? ive heard mixed opinions looking for some facts

Absolutely not. There’s not much you could argue is “absolutely necessary “ in growing. I don’t do anything more than a 12 hour dark period before chopping, and I try to have drier medium but not that important dude.

LST plants in veg question I've never LSTd my crop before. I'm in week four of veg. I don't know how much longer I need to veg my plants before flipping them. Would another week or two be sufficient before flipping? The last crop the plants got way too tall so that's the reason for LST this time.

Seedling Help Does she look OK? Just breached soil 24 hours ago. Looks a bit down turned to me. Temp has been 81-83°. RH around 70-75% water has been pH'd to about 6.5. light at about 29' and running at about 40%. Ppfd is around 260, DLI about 17-18.

autos with developmental disorders, difficult diagnosis I have some slowed development and strange phenotypes with my autoflowers. I have photoperiod seeds in the exact same conditions EC=0.6, pH=5.5-5.8 that look fine. Are my nutrients too low for this stage? I didn't want to poison the autos so I went low. The roots are growing!!
