Both of these plants are only in pots of around 18L capacity is it WORTHWILE me moving them into bigger pots now before they develop any further
or could it be detrimental to their health. Note stretch has started.

Transplant you will be fine. Feed them epsom salt after, will help with the shock.

*Opinion*. They're not super, super big and I think 5 gallons is more then enough to finish them up, especially if they're going into their flowering stretch.
If you do want to pot up, I wholly believe that there would be a very slim chance of transplant shock. They're still moving in full gear for another 2 weeks or so. If you're gonna pot up, I'd definitely do it now before the stretch and growth ends. Also! Maybe start with one to a 7 gallon pot and see how she does. No issue? Move the other๐๐.

2 day update after changing light. Is progress okay?Hello, on Monday i changed my light from some scam of a light that said 50w, to a mars hydro ts600. This is the 2 progress since then. Ignore the loss of a quarter of one of the cotyledons :))

Is this ready??? autoflowerWeek 15 almost 16, it smells very strong and the leaves are dying
trichomes are all milky cloudy, but no sign of amber trichomes, flowers are too heavy and stems can't support the weight
It's been almost a month since it smelled very strong
