Benzelsanswered grow question 3 years ago Seed company's are usually small in people but big in work. And with Covid - alot of them are short staffed at the moment. It can take days for pple to get back to you because one tech guy is doing the work of 3 pple and trying to read and reply to dozens of emails a day on top of all their other work. Try being nice and polite and give them time, and you will be surprised at the diff it makes. I emailed Green House Seed Co about some breeding questions I had about genetics and after a few weeks of polite emails that sometimes took 4 days to get a reply to, they offered to send me some free seeds if i do a grow diary for them. I never even asked!! Manners go a very long way in the cannabis world my friend, Think about it- if you were high and someone ruined your buzz with angry emails would you 1. Help them. 2. ignore them. 3. Have some fun and drag the convo out longer and take ages to reply on purpose cause life is hard enough as it is??
My advice- im being honest here, Send em another email saying sorry you were having a bad few days and after reading over your emails you realized they sounded rude and your just very excited to get the seeds you won and it came out wrong. Then thank them for the free seeds and end the email politely. Then wait. I bet you 20 bucks they reply in a few days and you get the seeds in a week.
