Switching lights

I'm thinking about switching lights from flurecent to led. Plant is already budding should I stay with what I have or make the switch? Currently using 6 24 inch ho builds would switch to 180w led.

Made the switch. It probably to early to tell but after few days the plant sure looks happier. It has very nice color and it looks to me like the light is getting down in the plant to the stuff that is below the main canopy better than before.

Certainy switch to LEDs, but why not use them both for the flowering phase, it won't hurt them.

No, you will not damage your plants, if anything you'll be helping them avoid heat stress and so on, smart move to led, it's the 21 century think them old lights should be done away with they add like 40% costs to your grow. Good luck

Seedlings struggling This is day 10 since they popped out and it just seems as if my seedlings are stunted. I kept an 85w CFL about 10cm from their tops for the first week and then raised it up to about 15cm for the next few days. They had humidity domes. Temp was 20°C-24 in day

Lights went off and then on in flower [3rd week]quick question, my breaker overloaded today and turned off power to my flowering tent. They were about 30 min away from lights out which I figure shouldn't be that bad, but while solving the power issue the lights came back on. Will they be affected and how? Thanks in advance

Anyone have any history with vibrating HPS lamps? Mine keeps making a buzzing/rattling noise. I’m thinking it’s the metal inside rattling on the glass so if I slightly rotate it it may stop? What do you think? Thanks!

Seedling growth rate Plants grow almost 1 cm per day (3rd week). Is it too little or correct? I have the impression that they still lack light (the rods are quite thin and long), maybe I should bring them closer to the LEDs?

Cobs on or off 2nd week. 1st grow Cob lights. I can only run one light with cob on without the room getting to hot. Am I better with 1 light with cob or 2 without cob on. Philizon 3000w cobs. 20 11 day old plants. Hanging 24" atm. Mainly blue red without cob on.

If I add more LED light in Late flowering tent, Is it going to benefits the yield? Currently running under P1000 Led (100W) in 2x2.5x6 Tent , Scrog Hello! Now i have finish one tent (Gog) , I have extra LED P600 100W. So If i use it in my 2nd tent (PGK) which now in late flowering phase (still has another 2-3 weeks to finish). Is that ok to do? Give more Light? Do i get more dence buds bcoz of more light? let me know,Thanks

Auto and regular plants in one box.I got an auto plant in a box, waiting for flowering to start very soon. Light schedule 20/4. Now I planted a new photoperiodic seed in a same box. UV light how to use Does anyone know if I'm supposed to turn the UV light on by itself for 2 hours a day or is it ok to have it come on while my main LED light is on too? It's the AC Infinity U2 UV Ionbeam they were in stock for 4 days a few weeks ago and I got lucky getting one,ty 4 any help

Alright so this morning from 8am to 4pm my power was out. I transplanted last night and soaked the medium pretty well. Will this power outage hurt my girls. Did the temps being 10 degrees lower all day hurt them. How soon will I know if I get root rot or anything of that nature?

Veg lighting approach? Switching from cfl to hps?I started my second grow a couple weeks ago with a 130w cfl in my 1m veg cupboard. I’m thinking I will make the switch to a 250w hps soon. I don’t want to overheat the space. Do you think this is a good strategy? I’ll flower the autos in my 1.4m tent with 600w hps.
