Is it possible to take aluminum foil and put it between the stages on the plant

You can try and aluminium foil it's kind of cheap, for sure your light will reflect and also touch the bottom of the plant and the new leafs, or you can opt and buy some leds strips are really chep and works grate

Flip light schedule1 week into flowering and I need to change lighting schedule, complete reversal from night/day due to cold night tempswhen lights are on. Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED
