Is it possible to take aluminum foil and put it between the stages on the plant

You can try and aluminium foil it's kind of cheap, for sure your light will reflect and also touch the bottom of the plant and the new leafs, or you can opt and buy some leds strips are really chep and works grate

Leaves "praying" after lowering the lampI am in week 4th of flowering Laughing Buddha, 220W LED ~60cm from tops. Today I have lowered the lamp and the leaves started "praying", on one (higher) plant the other, mostly-indica Holy Punch seems unaffected. I am curious, is there too much light or sweet spot and it's good?

Is closer to the light much better?Is the light closer better? I have a VIPARSPECTRA 1000W LED Grow Light (10W LED ,x100) and it says during veg 18-26 and flowering distance at 18-24β. Looking at other growers using LED they are closer. Should I try to keep it closer a little at a time? Is there benefit?Setup. Lighting

Does anyone have experience with colas that have been severely light deprived, yet still have trichs?My ghost nug grew up on the side of the tent blocked from light. She has trichs, looks super light yellow (see pics). My question is, wouldn't this be desirable? Less chlorophyll to wait on before smoking? Has anyone tried to maybe light deprive parts of their colas?
