Is it possible to take aluminum foil and put it between the stages on the plant

You can try and aluminium foil it's kind of cheap, for sure your light will reflect and also touch the bottom of the plant and the new leafs, or you can opt and buy some leds strips are really chep and works grate

raise lights during stretch?Should I raise the lights during flower stretch to maintain the same distance from light source to canopy? I notice that my plants continue to get taller than most. Light Burn? Mars Hydro TS3000 at 30% Power, 26 inches away per manual. I have since raised back to 30 inches.Is this light burn? I noticed some slight yellowing/crispy looking leaf at day 11. Light is about 30% Power, about 30 inches away. I previously had it about 26 inches and raised when I noticed this issue about 24 hrs ago. Pics are updated.
Temps: 70-75
RH: 50-60
