You can try and aluminium foil it's kind of cheap, for sure your light will reflect and also touch the bottom of the plant and the new leafs, or you can opt and buy some leds strips are really chep and works grate

Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED

Will a 1000w LED be enough for flowering?Im about to start my 3rd ever grow, now I cant get enough of it. For my last 2 grows, in a 90x90x200 tent, I've has a MARS Hydro TS 1000w LED for Veg / 600w HPS for Flowering.... Can I use only the LED throughout? The heat from the HPS is crazy. PPFD:
630.25 umol/s/m2 at 30cm
175.12 umol/s/m2 at 60cm
80.04 umol/s/m2 at 90cm
This is for a 3x3' tent
