Is it possible to take aluminum foil and put it between the stages on the plant My light is weak I wanna try some cheats xD U know

You can try and aluminium foil it's kind of cheap, for sure your light will reflect and also touch the bottom of the plant and the new leafs, or you can opt and buy some leds strips are really chep and works grate

T5 vs. LED for veg?So I have a T5 light, and I’ve used it to veg quite a bit, and it does really well. My question is, should I use the T5 in just the seedling phase, then use LED for veg and flower? Or will the T5 give me good results throughout the veg cycle?

Did I start LST too early?At day 22, did I start LST too early? I feel that I may have stunted the growth a little from overheating, but didn't want to wait too long to start training. Also, would a higher-powered light cause less distance between the nodes, and therefore make LST harder/less effective?

Lamp distance from seedlings? PPFD uploaded in this weeks photos.How far away I should have my lamp from my week old seedlings? I think it has something to do with the PPFD for my lamp (TS600), but I have no idea what it means. The lamp is set right at the very top of my tent now and is 32 inches (81cm) away. Lux Meter Apps on Smartphones What are your thoughts on Lux meter apps? The app on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ is showing 16,600 Lux at the tops of the seedlings, and converting that to a rough PPFD shows 222.55/umol/s/m². Reading more, 15k-45k Lux and 200-400 PPFD is good for early veg. What are your thoughts?
