Is it possible to take aluminum foil and put it between the stages on the plant

You can try and aluminium foil it's kind of cheap, for sure your light will reflect and also touch the bottom of the plant and the new leafs, or you can opt and buy some leds strips are really chep and works grate

How to switch to floweringIt's been about 5 weeks from germination. I think we're ready to switch to flowering. I'm just not certain on how to go about it. Do I gradually reduce 18/6 of the veg light down to 12/12 (over a week?) then pop in the flower bulb? Or do I just make a hard switch?Week 4

Will the change from indoors to out trip my plants into flowering?Hi, Guys, I plan to move my plants outdoors next week. Will the change in the light schedule trip them from veg to flower? Light ScienceHas anyone watched some Youtube videos by Dr Bruce Bugbee from Apogee Instruments? I find his lectures on lighting to be the most straight forward explanations I have heard yet. I found his vid called "The New 400-750 nm ePAR Range Explained with Dr. Bruce Bugbee" to be eye opening on lighting colours. I have changed my LED's based on a few of his vids. He explains what plants really want and those Burple lights just don't cut it.
For those that don't know he is a professor at the University of Utah that legally studies cannabis growth.
