Is it possible to take aluminum foil and put it between the stages on the plant

You can try and aluminium foil it's kind of cheap, for sure your light will reflect and also touch the bottom of the plant and the new leafs, or you can opt and buy some leds strips are really chep and works grate

Should i Keep the Full spectrum, Veg and Bloom, Blue and red, until harvest? i have it on since the week 4.
Now i am seeing some more vertical growth. Its the first time so, i dont really now the reaction of the plants during the weeks of bloom.

Longer Light Cycle - Mid BloomIs changing the light cycle of an autoflower from 18/6 to 20/4 in mid flower too stressful? Doing so would bump my DLI enough to keep my existing light through harvest. Led on 18/6 grow/flower photoperiodI have the idea to put a led in my second tent for pre growing photoperiod girls, I have some room left over for some autoflowers who also grow & flower on 18/6 light - leds can switch between grow/flower.

Light intensity in veg - Help needed!I have a 4x4 Tent (120x120cm) with 16 Autos and run a 480W 3.5K LED at ~55 % at a dist. of 40-48 cm (1.3-1.5 feet).
Lux: 20-26k. They are tall with up to 14 cm (0.45 feet).
What would be the right light density in week 2-3?
Ideas? Plz help! THX
