Adequate Lighting with this LED?

for one plant, this light is more than enough, i saw people pulling 200g from that light happy Growing !!!

It all depends on how far away from the top of the plant it is. For that light, I believe you want it around 14" above the plant and it covers a 2'×2' area for flowering. But, it claims to have a 3'×3' veg area. If you have it 14" above your plant, run it at 75% and adjust according to how your plants react. I hope this helps.

I have my lights at 100% from day one until harvest, and with both veg and flower spectrums turned on the whole time too and believe this provides superior results. Just be careful with getting too close when young. Remember, these plants are "designed" to grow outdoors in full sun, all day, every day and there is no dimmer on the sun!
